Message	My old Bose system is only operating on only one speaker, and it does so after popping and whistling. My plans for a new system are modest. No sub for the moment but I would like to install a 4 channel amp to drive the speakers. In trying to keep the looks of the car as stock as possible, I want the sub to be hidden. Has anyone located their amp in the spare tire well (tire, jack and items removed for good)? Wondering about heat/longevity. Any comments would be appreciated.
